Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship general closet-organisation and shoe-care accessories worldwide from our fulfilment partners. All prices and shipping charges are shown in US Dollars (USD).

Order processing

Orders are processed on UK business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). In-stock orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. During sale periods or peak seasons, processing may take an extra day.

You will receive an order confirmation by email when your order is placed, and a dispatch confirmation with tracking when it ships.

Shipping rates & free shipping

  • Standard shipping: a flat $6 per order.
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $55 (after any discounts, before duties).
  • Expedited options, where available, are shown with their price at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times below are after dispatch and are guidelines, not guarantees, as final delivery depends on the carrier and your local customs.

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–9 business days
  • Europe: 4–8 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand & rest of world: 7–14 business days

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will email you with an updated estimate and the option to wait, swap the item or cancel for a full refund.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email once your parcel is collected by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Duties, taxes & customs

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are not collected by us.

We declare orders accurately and cannot mark parcels as gifts or understate their value. Refusing to pay duties may delay or return your parcel; see undeliverable orders below.

Damaged, lost or undeliverable parcels

  • Damaged in transit: email support@mjhickeyph.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
  • Lost parcels: if tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open a carrier investigation. Confirmed lost parcels are replaced or refunded.
  • Incorrect address: please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will re-ship it once the re-delivery cost is paid, or refund the item value less the original shipping.
  • Undeliverable / unclaimed: parcels returned because duties were refused or the parcel went unclaimed are refunded for the item value, less shipping and any carrier return fees.
