Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods this may extend by a day or two; we will email you if there is a delay.

• United States: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Canada & United Kingdom: typically 5–10 business days.
• Rest of world: typically 7–18 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs can affect timing.

Shipping is calculated at checkout in USD. Standard US shipping is a flat $6 and is free on orders over $55.00. International rates are shown before you pay.

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and email us within 7 days at support@mjhickeyph.shop. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days (US) or 21 business days (international), contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply) or a refund of the item value less the original shipping cost.
