Returns & Refunds Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging, with any tags attached.

• Items that have been used, washed or laundered.
• Items returned without their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, reusable cleaning cloths and napkin sets once opened, unless faulty.
• Items damaged through misuse after delivery.

1. Email support@mjhickeyph.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We confirm the return and send a return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 14 days of approval.

If the return is because of our error or a faulty item, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refund amounts are in USD and cover the price of the returned item; original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any shipping you paid, at no cost to you.

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If it has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund in full. If it has already shipped, please follow the return process above.
