Returns & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. For orders shipped to the EU/UK, this reflects your statutory right to cancel; we extend the same window to all customers worldwide.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Unused and unwashed, with no signs of wear or installation
• In their original packaging with any tags, inserts and parts included
• Complete — for sets and bundles, all pieces must be returned together

Items returned in a used, incomplete or damaged condition may be refused or refunded only in part, at our reasonable discretion.

• Email support@mjhickeyph.shop (or use our contact form) with your order reference and the items you wish to return.
• We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them back using a tracked service.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, in which case we cover the cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. The exact time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds cover the price of the returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

We do not process direct swaps. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the product you want.

For hygiene and practical reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Cedar-Style Blocks and any scented wood items once unsealed
• Garment bags, shoe bags or storage cubes that have been used
• Items that have been installed, trimmed to fit or modified
• Gift cards (if offered)

Unopened, unused items in the above categories can still be returned within the 14-day window.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including any shipping you paid — no need to return the item at your own cost.
